Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the tattoo artist platform service provided by T:ROOT ("the Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all services related to discovering, booking, and matching with tattoo artists.
- "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Artist" means a Member registered as a tattoo practitioner.
Article 3 (Role of the Company)
The Company only provides a platform connecting Members and Artists and is not a party to any tattoo service contract. Responsibility for the content, quality, and outcome of any procedure rests with the parties involved.
Article 4 (Registration)
Registration is completed via social login (Kakao, Google, Apple). Only individuals aged 14 or older may register.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members must not:
- Use another person's designs or portfolio without permission
- Charge on-site prices materially different from those displayed in the app
- Allow a person other than the registered artist to perform the procedure
- Post false information or impersonate others
- Engage in conduct violating law or public order
Article 6 (Restrictions)
In case of violation, the Company may suspend or permanently ban the account without prior notice, in accordance with our Safety Policy.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company does not intervene in disputes between Members and is not liable for resulting damages, but will take action on reports in accordance with its operating policy.
Article 8 (Amendments)
The Company may amend these Terms, with notice given 7 days before the effective date.
