T:ROOT operates the following policies so both clients and artists can trust the platform.
1. Transparent pricing (report · cumulative sanction)
Prices may vary somewhat based on conditions such as body weight or scarring. However, if the on-site price differs substantially from the price shown in the app, you may report it.
- Reasonable variation based on conditions is normal.
- Report significant discrepancies using the report function.
- Accounts reported 3 or more times are sanctioned.
2. Copyright protection (immediate sanction)
Tattoo designs and portfolios are the creator's assets.
- Do not copy or post another person's design.
- Do not present another person's work as your own portfolio.
- Violations are sanctioned immediately, without warning.
3. Verified practitioner (immediate sanction)
Clients have the right to be tattooed by the artist registered in the app.
- The registered artist must perform the procedure.
- Work by trainees or substitutes is prohibited.
- Violations are sanctioned immediately, without warning.
How to report
Use the more (⋯) button at the top right of an artist's profile. Reports are reviewed by our operations team. False reports may result in sanctions against the reporter.
